Here are our top 10 FAQ's and our answers:
1) Pilling; this is when products are not absorbed by the skin and 'slough' off when applied. This does not happen in our range when applied in the correct order to cleansed skin.
2) Re-cycling; yes you can recycle our packaging! Please check with your local authority on how they accept these items. We are in the process of transitioning to even more sustainable solutions in 2023. You can also consider our re-fill solutions.
3) Gift Cards; yes they are available in our on-line store. Many of our stockists also have their own voucher programs.
4) Where are your products made? All of our products are made in Australia. We use a variety of manufacturers from TGA licensed premises to GMP contract manufacturing. Theses sites range from Brisbane, to Sydney to regional NSW and WA.
5) Are your products Vegan? Each product has both a V for vegan and a GF symbol for Gluten free in the descriptor section of the product in our on-line store so that you can shop with confidence.
6) Can you refill my containers? No, we cannot accept your used containers and re-fill them due to quality control systems. You can however, purchase our refill options and DIY!
7) Do I need an Eye Cream? Yes, this area has much thinner skin than the rest of the face and the body which needs extra nourishment and care.
8) How long to the products last? Most of our products have an ambient shelf life of 2 years. Heat, moisture, exposure to light and air may affect the longevity.
9) Are your products fragranced? No artificial fragrances are added. Any aroma is due to the presence of active ingredients and essential oils.
10) Do you have a loyalty program? Yes, you are rewarded with loyalty points when you shop in our on-line store. You can earn additional points by referring a friend!
