Consider adding additional moisturiser(s) am and pm. Don't forget lip protection and keep a lip balm handy. And don't just remember your face - include extra moisturising for all of your body.
Don't forego or forget SPF the cooler days may lull you, the UV rating is normally still extreme during this season.
Back off on exfoliation - cut this by half ie once a week to once a fortnight until your skin has normalised.
Keep on top of your anti-oxidant boost mask as a once a week re-charge.
Make sure your shower temperature is tepid and not overly warm.
